All other claims I have seen

All other claims I have seen are effectively "add 20 points to the resistance value on the same scale as shown on, say, garm.ml - so a hero with 170 would become 190; and only vidofnir and surtr can currently be made immune".

Ok.. That makes no sense to

Ok.. That makes no sense to me as percentages are always relative. 20% can therefore not always equal 20 points. But I haven't tested my theory, so what do I know? xD

People tend to not understand

People tend to not understand there's a difference between adding X% of the base to the base( resulting in base * (100%+X%)/100%), and adding X percent points to a base value expressed in percent points (resulting in base% + X% = (base + X)%), so they say "add X%" in both cases, and it's confusing.
The resistance values as we know them are on the same scale as percentages (if 100+X is "you take (100-X)% of the normal damage"). They would make more sense that way if they were vulnerabilities rather than resistances (100-X rather than 100+X, so 0 would mean "you take 0% of normal damage", 100 "you take the normal damage" and 200 "you take 200% of the normal damage"), but we have what we have.
Note that if you order your heroes by elemental resistances (on the "hero" screen"), the value shown will be percentual resistance in the range -100% (what we know as 0) to 100% (what we know as 200). It wouldn't surprise me if *these* are the percentual values that a-team's people actually talk about when they talk mechanics.

Very insightful; I can follow

Very insightful; I can follow your logic. Also, I tested it and a. Asuka does indeed not become immune to fire dmg when wearing this bracelet. Meaning you are most likely correct. Thanks for sorting it out!
