Windchain (in-game name) = wind prison (how garm.ml calls it) = Skill Gauge increase & Attack Power are halved = better than exhaust, but not top tier pvp.
Does a lot of damage (up to 990% - poor mogthasir is only 600%).
Feint to 3 low hp - survivability
And then there's the "random attack" on dodge.

Airborne killer to back 3.

Overall, she looks like a big dps stick for pve, but without many places where you can use her.
