I'm still unsure when Nico actually comes around...My brother desperately wants Nico so badly, but I can't tell him when/if it comes out any time soon.

He was around before, I think it was the first collab ever, even before the Fate collab. He was also the first collab to come back, so maybe he will return again.

_Rain is probably more accurate, but he also returned 1 or 2 times after that in about a year or so and he haven't seen him since. The last time he was available was somewhere around the kof collab. Crypton collabs, they where usually around the same time.
He has no hq so if you wanted him 5* you had to farm his connect like s1's.
